Description
Adds Cacique Payoreva as an alternate Leader to the Omagua Civilization.



Compatible with New Frontier 2020 - Gathering Storm - Rise and Fall - Vanilla
->The Gathering Storm XP, and the Nubia DLC are necessary for this mod to work.

Cacique Payoreva leads the Omagua as an alternate leader for Gedemo's Omagua.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS
This mod is for the Leader only, and as such will require a Civilization to load with. This leader needs this mod to work:

Leader Trait:
Interfluvial caciquats: Cities founded by Chief Payoreva on rivers get +1 Population, and a free Watermill if the Wheel has been discovered. Bonus Resources adjacent to rivers yield +2 Gold.

Agenda:
Canga-peva: Payoreva appreciates leaders who participate in the development of rivers. He hates those who don't.

The capital city is Omagua.
