Description

Dota 2 particle effects look cool so i tried making scripts to make some of them function.
Also as a way for me to learn Lua.
Code is very messy still but eh it works...

Particles converted from 6.84 Dota 2 with Sparc[knockout.chat] then modified by me since particles break after conversion.

File is big because i just dumped all the .pcfs in there and some unused dota 2 textures.

All the abilities are console commands. You can bind them.
Example: bind <key> dota2_cast_torrent

May get updates for more abilities.

Added missing ConVar...now it should work...
