'Clear Tears' (Antilag) Buttons

Description
About
Simple utility mod that allows you to remove all player's tears (or other weapon variants, such as knives, bombs and lasers) on the screen by just pressing a button on your keyboard!
Designed as an Anti-lag mod for those users whose computers can't handle too many things on the screen, especially if they're there for no reason.

Highly configurable with Mod Config Menu, including the ability to:
  • configure key bindings;
  • use 2 different bindings for clearing tears only or other weapon types only;
  • remove projectiles automatically every few seconds, on a room clear or when the last boss in a room is playing its death animation.
Note: tested in MCM Pure only. Nothing should differ in Continued version, but if there are some issues, let me know.

Key Bindings
I haven't found a way to make a proper keybind setting for MCM, so I resorted to using the number slider. Every key on a keyboard matches a certain number according to this[moddingofisaac.com] enum.
You could use the number that indicates your mostly desirable key for that (note that only numbers 44-93 are used for configuration). Some honorable mentions:
  • Left (91) and Right (93) brackets - default values;
  • Key T (84);
  • Key G (71);
  • Key V (86);
  • Key B (66);
  • Number keys (48-57);
  • Every other letter key (65-90).

Great Mod. Helps a lot with lag. Only problem is: The key bind value stuff. I would like to use the key Z for clearing tears it would be the value 90, but I have a German Keyboard a QWERTZ one so the value 90 is something else. I have searched all over the internet for the last hour and a half, and I still have no idea what the value of the key Z on the keyboard type I am using is. This isn't the mods fault, but still the key Bind configuration part should be redone, so you just set a key by clicking the one you want in the MCM menu and done. Currently, yeah it is almost impossible to find these values for different keyboard types. If anyone knows a website that has the values for the keyboard I mentioned using. Please let me know.

@Aks You should be able to rebind one of the buttons on the gamepad to a supported keyboard key with Steam Input https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/features/steam_controller/getting_started_for_players

wish there was a mod like this for creep, or maybe permanently charmed enemies

Any idea why the keybinding doesn't work on the steam deck?

I have an extremely beefy computer and I still need this mod simply because the game cannot handle a lot of effects at once lol

Do you happen to know to what button corresponds the default 91 clear tears button on an AZERTY keyboard? I swear I'm mashing my keyboard to try to find it but no effect. It's as if these keycodes doesn't respect 1:1 the default QWERTY distribution since even setting it to 84 (T which is the same place and character on both keyboards) doesn't work.

I'm playing with a controller.
Clear tears on room clear works fine
