MMU Fuel Efficiency

Description
20 times more fuel efficient.

Basically, the fuel lasts 20 times longer. With a simple edit to the MMU_SURFACEMODE_FUELDRAINSCALE variable in the onsim_mmu.h file.

Default =1 so 1 divide by 20 = 0.05

Setting the variable to 0 does in fact simulate infinite fuel, but I find 10, 20 times longer more reasonable.

0.1 = 10 times longer
0.05 = 20 times longer.

Added a readme with changes to make for infinite fuel and making it twice as fast.

I have a version that has infinite fuel and I've been experimenting with it for the surface that is twice as powerful. Meaning it's twice as fast. It's fun to use at 2x, but any faster and it gets a bit uncontrollable. Quite fatal in fact. :steamfacepalm: LOL.

Refueling is not a problem to solve in the script. The main purpose of the device would change. The MMU was primarily intended for orbit. Not to the surface. After exhaustion - throw away. Bladerunner97 solved it with lower fuel consumption.

:) the mmu sucks because you can,t refuel the stupid thing and more objects = worse fps over time if you get like 3000 objects.
