Ultrakill: Mindflayer (PM + Ragdoll)

Ngl these guys are really fun to fight even if they don't pop up that often. I hope we get to see more of them in Wrath since they seem to work well with the support enemies they're adding. I didn't include their tendrils with their model as it would look clunky, plus I think It'd count as a part of the Ultrakill prop pack I'll probably make.
