Peace between Chaos and related factions

Description
Functionality
This mod declares peace between forces of Chaos and related factions while also enabling diplomacy between the affected factions. This currently affects Morathi's Cult of Pleasure as well as Kemmler's The Barrow Legion.

To add all Skaven factions to this list and greatly enhance the impact of the Chaos Invasion on your campaign subscribe to the following mod as well: Peace between Skaven and Chaos.

Compatibility
The mod is extremely light-weight and compatible with virtually anything.

Note
This mod is instantly reversing the effects of Chaos' war declarations on specific factions that are made when each wave of chaos spawns. If these factions or Chaos declare war on each other outside of these the ef

Finally, that's really great! Unique campaigns for Kemmler and Morathi, this is going to be interesting.

This is WAY too OP IMO. A balance would be to make it so if you want to be at peace with Warriors of Chaos you need to declare war on all other factions. Just like Norsca endgame.
