3 Room Flip Charge

Description
Changes Tainted Lazarus's pocket Flip to always charge in 3 rooms.

This mod differs from the other various Flip-related mods. It only works for Tainted Lazarus' pocket Flip, and it is more reliable because it simply forces the item to always be charged up to at least 3 charges, effectively halving the recharge time.

Makes Flip actually useful and usable in combat, not just as something you HAVE TO keep charged for items!

This does not affect the non-pocket version of Flip found as other characters.

Hey, could you make a version that changes it to 4 rooms charge please? I know it's added to repentance plus but I don't want to download it because it breaks the mods xd

I used to play with 4 room charge on the old rework mod. Flip is good for being 6 room if you are not T. laz. T laz. needs it to be shorter so that he can flip between forms. Its a reroll for everyone else, a utility for laz
