[LiS:TC] The Black Lantern Pub

Description
Info:
The Black Lantern is a bar and restaurant in Haven Springs, Colorado, featured in the game Life is Strange: True Colors.

Honestly, I can't provide much in-depth information about the game because I haven't played it myself. However, I stumbled upon this map on Open3DLab, and I thought the location looked really cozy. It seemed like a great opportunity to challenge myself with more detailed environments.

A few things to note: I made some noticeable changes to the original map, like the stairs leading up to Gabe's Apartment. Those stairs caused some weird stretching issues when I converted them into func_details, so I had to remove them. Plus, Gabe's Apartment wouldn't be accessible in the map anyway, and I wanted to keep the file size reasonable. I made a few other small cuts here and there, but I also added some new elements, like a more detailed kitchen and some unused props from the .blend file.

Features:
⦁ black_lantern.bsp and its associated map icon
⦁ 351 models
⦁ 596 textures
⦁ 180 to 130 FPS (High Settings)
