Description
Ships now move at a speed of 3. Add a new fast ship for the 27 base classes that could move at speed 4. Blame Illwinter though that ship transportation is bugged: you'll need speed 4 troops to use it for fast transport. Added benefit though, you can recruit several per turn.

yes, Illwinter's way of doing things, ships don't really 'transport' stuff, they just enable the troop to move over water at their usual speed.

Good Good. But one question.
If I need fast troops to use fast ship,
what happens if I use Hoburg or Markgraf (slow troops)? only speed of 2?
