type in mat_reloadtexture flashlight001 in the console and see if it works.

I downloaded this flashlight addon and the Custom Flashlight Fix. When I disabled this flashlight addon and enabled a different one, this one wouldn't go away. Even after uninstalling it, my flashlight is stuck to this flashlight addon. Any idea what's happening?
