Tainted Cain Can Duplicate Pickups

Description
Tainted Cain is a fun character, but since it's recipes are not fixed anymore I think that his power decreased a lot, so I decided to buff him.

unlike another mods that buffs characters giving items, trinkets or cards I decided to make a small mechanic for tainted cain, when you pick a pickup or use the bag of crafting on it the pickup has a chance to be duplicated.

it's actual chance is 20% and it can duplicate only coins, bombs, keys and hearts, also can't duplicate golden penny to avoid super lucky infinite coins

Thank you for this. For me it's less that he's underpowered, and more that he's a nightmare to play because there still aren't any reliable calculators with how much the updates have messed with his recipes. It's like you're shooting in the dark unless you can find a good cheap recipe and spam it or hold out for several floors with quality pickups until you get something good. Neither are fun.

sorry for taking too much to answer but I don't know how to make mods compatible with the mod menu config, if you want to change the chance of the duplication to happen just open the main.lua and in the line that has this: "local pickupspawn = taintedcairng:RandomInt(5)" change the 5 to another number that you want.
this code works like that: it picks a number from 0 to 4, if you increase that 5 to 10 for example, it will pick a number from 0 to 9, the duplication will always happen if the random number is 1

Can you add mod config menu support to change the chance of duplication? I feel like 20% is a little to high, but other people may find it fine.
