Generic Skills for Legendary Lords: Skaven Master Moulder

Description
This mod is a companion mod used with Skaven Master Moulder to give the same change patterns that my Generic Skills for Legendary Lords mod gives to vanilla characters. Technically only requires Skaven Master Moulders.

List of Changes
  • Master Mutators can get the Tide of Death and Tide of Pox skills.
  • Master Mutators have had Opportunist added to the second part of their yellow skill line.
  • Hell Pit's Finest has been added to the centre of Throt's unique skill line.
  • Beastly Companions has been added to the end of Throt's unique skill line. It is not mutually exclusive with The Unclean One.
  • Throt's Lord of Hellpit trait reduces recruitment cost of Clan Moulder creations by 25% and improves their recruit rank by 3 in the local province.
  • Mutation as an Art reduces the upkeep cost of Clan Moulder creations by 10%.
  • Specimen Collector increases the amount of casualties captured by Throt by 10%.
  • Deranged Experimentor reduces enemy replenishment by 10% in the local region.
  • Master Moulders innately increase growth when inside your own provinces and reduce it when in enemy provinces by 10. They have also had a Stimulate Growth skill added to their blue skill line that increases the magnitude of this bonus by 10 per level.
