Replaced: voices, Witch themes and model.

Bride Witch are not replaced for it's a feature in "The Passing" DLC.

I originally just want to do this with only DOTA 2 themes, but I thought the main theme and pictures in DOTA 2 were not good for being like a doom theme in L4D2. So I added some pop elements to that mod
