in this contest the participants are supposed to create a map where the portal surfaces are only allowed to be placed on the ceilling deadline has been pushed till march 8th due to time problems of some participants.

the last place goes to: Dolphiner
the move with the sendificator is weird and felt not very well teached.

the design overall was uhhh and stuff was not often reused the map itself felt really plain and straightforward plus point is the sendificator strapping mechanic but overall

the 5th place goes to darkrozen uhh lmao one button had all the signage kind of i thought you could softlock your self lol =:) uhhhhhhhhh
stuff should have been more visible and compared to other maps in the contest it kinda looked like my room but on the ceilling soo uhh yea 4/10

4th place goes to JP and Crohaviet6
map was made quite well but the hammerizing (because it was done in 4 days) did not look so good

The "second" room felt unnecissary and was annoying to deal with.

that going over the pipes was possible felt badly telegraphed.

some pipework had no textures idk why

overall a solid 5/10




3rd place goes to: Nerdlingnation

uhh map was well designed but some moves felt weird maybe they were intended
i do not have alot to say about this but i have to decide between place 3,2 (sorry)

2nd place goes to: (Psychological) atom
same as with the 3rd place a close call uhh
having to activate a second laser was weird( why was it not already activated?) if they were supposed to be toggled the other laser did not turn off :/

8.1/10? idk close calls as i said i could not really decide sorry :/





(well deserved) 1st place goes to: Aneonen

Omg this map is perfect alot of reuse and cube respawns.
no weird moves.
creative and logical fun moves instead.
(space told me in all seriousness i should remove a point atleast because and i quote: "the chamber is to large" wth is wrong with him he said that as if he would be a judge for this contest)

10/10 hell yeah

short update...sorry if your map was low in the list it was just that all the entries for the contest were so good that i could not really decide how to judge some maps they are mostly low because i did not know how to rank them all maps where outstanding and finding a reason to why they are on the place they are is kind of difficult i appologise to everyone who thinks their placing was unjustified also if possible please give me advice to how i can make a better and more fair but also understandable voting :)
