DISCLAIMER: This mod adds proper torso localization thanks to the X2WOTCCommunityHighlander, so Added Part Names is not required. :)

This is a port of the 'Spec Ops' outfit from a Garry's Mod add-on by TankNut, which was kitbashed using assets from Half-Life 2 & Blacklight: Retribution. I claim no ownership over this model nor its assets.

Features:

Default and Tinted Blacklight Spec Ops outfit -- Male Only -- you may find these under names like "Blacklight Spec Ops Torso (HL:2)."
Default and Tinted Blacklight Spec Ops Helmet -- Male Only -- found under the Helmet category.

I think if you have a uniform mod (forgot which one), you can customize a male character with the equipment you want, then you can copy and paste it onto your female character.
