A Boat House with machines to sell fuel, fishing equipment and diving equipment.
room for 2 to 4 boats in the docks.
There is also a sunken fishing platform that you can stand on whilst fishing.
Up one level you will find a shooting range with targets.
Up another level and you will find a working arcade with fruit machines, games machines and poker tables.
Up yet another level you will find a hydroponics set up ( a grow room )
and above that on the roof level you will find a large windmill, and 4 small rain collectors plus a pump going up to a filtration unit to filter salt water into pure water which is then used by the grow room below.

With the addition of a couple of doors you could easily convert this into a admin base with community boat yard below
or simply use to grow food to sell in the ground floor vending machines.

There are lots of possibilities with this build and it was created in a live server and imported into FORTIFY so it
could be uploaded into the workshop.
