(Changed from original mod: chance for unpowered charge lance to drop from any mechanoids (required to build charge lance turret))

Original mod notes (0.18):

Expands vanilla weapon selection without being overwhelming.

-Battle Rifle (is a shorter range, weaker, but faster rate of fire alternative to bolt-gun)
-Charge SMG
-Charge LMG
-Charge Sniper
-Charge Pistol
-Laser Carbine (kind of functions like a charged survival rifle stat wise.)
-Plasma Grenade (I pretty much combined frag grenades and molotovs! Watch out for raiders with these!).
-Plasma Launcher (pretty much a beefed up Incendiary Launcher.)
-3 new turrets (A charged turret, a charge lance turret, and a minigun turret.)
