No HAR Hairs on Humans

Description
No more humans spawning with hairs that doesn't fit them like hairs from Humanoid Alien Races, maybe.

I updated for 1.5 in case anyone still wants to use it but I'm not sure if it's even needed anymore as I tried to spawn many raids and trade caravans, and non of the npcs are spawning with HAR hairs without my mod.

Let me know if this is still a problem.

This isn't working for me, I opened a cryptocasket in an ancient danger, and it had a human with HAR hair.

There's a bug that could lead to every colonies disappear from the map

I don't know why, but the fact is that this MOD will prevent me from entering the map after producing the world.
