mod needs to be updated hand cannon doesnt do any damgae or make sound when shot now

Hello Black, the idea of the mod is very good but you need to re-balance the weapon, only one bullet and the game really don't like the auto-reload. The damage is not that big vs 2 grenades.
In my opinion you need to up the reload time and put two bullets in the mag, at least those two buffs should help it in DPS.
About the damage is your choice but at least UP the QOL a little.

Hi, is this still working? What tier should this become craftable? Not seeing this or any other modded gun at tier 2 and wondering if it's been broken by the update or if it's later game. Thanks.

No, it's balanced by the low reload speed. It will one shot most things with a headshot.
