Industrial Evolution, with Iceland

This mod adds situations that represent industrial sectors: Aerospace, Automotive, Finance, Computer and Process Industry. They are affected by existing policies and variables. Other situations added are Rust Belt, and two futuristic ones (Space Colonization and Machine Uprising).

Disabled situations: Corporate Exodus, High Productivity, Technological Advantage, Technological Backwater, and Uncompetitive Economy.

New policies: AI Administration, Carbon Capture, Ecodomes, Financial Regulation, Financial Transaction Tax, Intellectual Property Law, Mineral Tax, Nature Reserves, Offshore Exploitation, Private Space Flight, Rationing, Robot Police, State Owned Industry, and Telecoms Infrastructure.

Several new dilemmas and events added.

One new country: Iceland.

Has some tie-in effects with "Clones & Drones" expansion, but does not require it.
