728 Grand Avenue is a building that could fit in a small town or a big city. It is a recreation of a building on Grand Avenue (formerlly Streets of America) at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

It isn't a functioning building, but a facade.

In Parkitect, it also isn't a functioning building. Mods were used to achieve details. Pirates and Textured Walls are the primary mods for the tile work and windows. Other mods are more optional and would just result in a few missing details.
