Changes the Sledgehammer's model into ScreamingHomie's[sketchfab.com] Scythe of Reaper[sketchfab.com] model.

This is compatible with skins for the original model.

This uses the pickaxe's animations.

I wasn't able to use all the textures yet, so the model doesn't look 1 to 1 as it does on Sketchfab.

This includes blood mapping that is used on other melee weapons.
