Rotha(ロサ)は、日本の架空自動車メーカーである瑞城自動車(Mizuki Motor Co.)が開発・製造している5ナンバーサイズのAセグメントハッチバックである。
製造は瑞城製作所瑞城本社工場で行われる。

開発は同じく日本の架空自動車メーカーである鯱丸自動車(Shachimaru Motor Co.Ltd.)と合同で行われたため、
「鯱丸 ヴィヴィアン(Shachimaru Vivian)」、「愛名自工 MG-Micro(Aymay-MorrisGarrage MG-Micro)」、「京成自動車 スズメ(KMC Suzume)」、「ホールデン スパーク(Holden Sparq)」と車台を共有する。

瑞城自動車独自の小型車向け電動化技術「μ-SM@RT(ミュー・スマート)」を全車に採用。このシステムは鯱丸(Shachimaru)の「X-Range」、日産の「e-Power」と似た形式のシリーズハイブリッド方式となっている。
