[ACE] Ultramar Mod - Portuguese Camp

Description
I recommend using this on Chongo, Angola v1.30 by IceBreakr with chazbotic's Dynamic Recon Ops ACE mission made for that map. Use Echo's Sandbox Everywhere to spawn in the composition once you've landed at your LZ, and make sure to place it somewhere flat. Death to the PAIGC!
