Motor Boat - SS Minnow

Description
The SS Minnow

An easy to use, humble little boat for missions in shallow waters.
It can also serve as a life-boat and crew ferry on larger-vessels.
At only 1.8 short tonnes, the skiff is highly maneuverable and can be manually pushed to shore, but is unstable when operated at high-speeds in windy conditions.

Notes:
- W/S reverse
- Incredible max-speed of 32m/s.
- Space for 6, excluding the captain
- Rescue and repair kit, and personal SMG

Safe cruise speed is at ~0.8 throttle.
