A strange office building built in 1986 in Bunbury WA it's appearance has earned it the nick-name "The Milk-Carton", can't blame them :)

Omg I live here, that's perfectly recreated and it seems like it's not to heavy tris wise, that's a pretty low size for the asset. Is it RICO compatible as an office?
