The Intelligence Truck is an up-armored civilian truck used by private intelligence contractors. Likely the source of that Wi-Fi called "FBI Surveillance Van" you keep seeing. It has armored windows to protect the crew, at the expense of severely restricted visibility. The armor protects against small arms fire, but don't expect it to withstand sustained close range fire or high caliber ammunition.
