Risk of Red 2 is a fairly comprehensive texture pack. It changes lots of audio and the skybox (mostly no texture changes, those didn't really work out)

Changes
Minor texture changes to terrain.
Different in-game and main menu UI.
Gentle firing sounds from Railgunner and Bandit.
RoR2 themed skybox (not actually sure where it appears in game!)
