USP NVG overlay patch

Description
Small patch to make the overlay for the USP NVGs look bigger and clearer. Just a quick and dirty job to use with friends.

Might have missed some sets, and I haven't done it correctly for mono sets but oh well.

Does not change the colour of the NVGs, only the overlay.

Can be used with USP AIO or USP NVG

and no...its cannot be used with USP AIO. it gripes about usp nvg missing

@scorpio Increases the size of the overlay and makes the USP nods use the clear/hex pattern instead of the fake-grime one it has by default. Thank you for your valuable input
