Goblin Wars Veterans Part II

Description
Notice: If you have any doubts or problems regarding this mod consult the QA and Known Issues sections before commenting, thanks.

This Is the second and final part of my Goblin Wars Veterans project, which features the Dwarf side.
Specifically: the members of the Steel Legion.
This mod adds the following units for all of the major Dwarf Factions:
-Steel Legion Auxilia (Rangers)
-Steel Legion Auxilia (Warriors)
-Steel Legion Troopers (Shields)
-Steel Legion Troopers (Great Weapons)
-Steel Legion Champions (Shields)
-Steel Legion Champions (Great Weapons)
-Steel Legion Assaulters
-Steel Legion Righteous Retribution Battery

They are available through the main Dwarf barrack and workshop building chains, notice that you'll also need a tier 2 or 3 smith for most of these units (except the Auxilia).
Champion units have access to the custom ability Indomitable Will which Is pretty much a stronger version of Eustace's Last Line of Defense featured in his Anvilguard mod. While Indomitable Will Is active the units will NOT die from any type of damage.
Since It might not be fully clear from the unit cards or the screenshots the Righteous Retribution Battery shots cannon balls that upon explosion release incendiary shrapnel.

Ok, presentation over: let's dive into the technical stuff!

*BALANCE*

Pretty much like the first part I might have gone a bit overboard in a few places.
If you feel like the units should be nerfed, buffed or adjusted in certain areas your feedback (if reasonable) Is welcome.
I'm open to changes.
NOTICE: The units' stats screenshot was taken with the unit size setting set to large, so expect more HP and unit models if you are playing on Ultra.

*COMPATIBILITY*

As far as I know this mod works with pretty much everything that do not mess too much with vanilla units.
I'm playing the game with 100+ different mods and everything is working fine!
The mod is NOT save compatible.
If you want the Steel Legion in your campaign you'll have to start a new one.

*KNOWN ISSUES*
-Minor clipping here and there
-Assaulters' capes often clip through their shields

*UPDATES POLICY*

Let me be straight with you...when the mod status change from updated to outdated....if you start to spam in the comment section things like "update pls, OMG UPDATE, can we have an update my good sir?, UpDaTe!1!1!1" and similar stuff....know that https://media.giphy.com/media/e3URFlLQywEPC/giphy.gif

...But jokes aside: please don't do that.
When it becomes necessary, and when I can, I will update my stuff, do not worry.

*QA*
-"Aren't some Trooper and Champion variants a little..."too similar" to Fröb's Master Runelord reskin?"
Yeah, working with vanilla-only assets can generate similar models sometimes.
And to give you a simple and clear answer on that: No, I didn't take anything from Fröb.
I always make my own stuff out of vanilla material through the help of H3ro asset editor from start to finish.
If you do know me, you should know very well that I'm not shy to ask for other people's stuff when I need It.
Speaking of Fröb though: He recently stumbled upon a guy who actually DID take his stuff without permission and reposted It on the workshop. Not cool.
A friendly reminder for aspiring new modders: If you want to be part of this community you need to follow certain rules.
If you need to use stuff from other creators you NEED to ask for It first and see their response.
And always remember to properly credit the original creators.
Don't be a jerk.
-"Sooo...about those bayonets on the Assaulters' rifles..."
Nope. They are just cosmetics since Assaulters have the stock Thunderers animation.
I'm open to any kind of submod though so if you want to adapt LIG's melee bayonet combat animation to the Dwarf models assigned to my Assaulters go ahead, you have my permission. You'll need LIG permission too of course.
-"SFO?"
As a matter of fact I'm officially retired from SFO/Overhaul related mods.
As always: If you already have previous experience in SFO submodding feel free to make an SFO version out of any of my mods that are currently missing one, I will link your submods if you provide me with a link.
-"Is this compatible with X or Y popular Dwarf mod?"
Probably not, but feel free to try and see how It goes.
I'm not interested in making any compatibility submod but I'm pretty open to every kind of submods though, so go ahead and make one!
You have my permission!
-"It's kinda odd to see strong veterans gaining exp like normal units, wouldn't have been better to make these units as ROR?"
Agreed, but I still don't know (to this very day) how to make working ROR units nor I'm particularly interested in them.
You can make a ROR version if you are interested though, you have my permission.
-"Wouldn't make more sense for the Steel Legion to be a horde-like custom faction?"
Agreed, but I generally don't make custom factions nor custom Lords and I rarely touch Heroes at all.
Again: you have my permission to make a custom faction mod, go ahead.

And that's all I guess!
Credits time!

Thanks to Eustace https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/profiles/76561198123982920 for his Anvilguard mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2708754298 and his Last Line of Defense custom ability that inspired me to create my Indomitable Will ability.
Thanks to Phazer for RME editor!
Thanks to H3ro and his great tool!
Any of this would not have been possible without Frodo45127's RPFM which is still updated to this very day, thank you!
I would also like to thank Sebidee and Caligula for their great modding guides!
And I would like to thank you!
Whatever you liked my mod or not thanks a bunch for giving it a try!

Let's be brutally honest now: there are countless modders that are WAY more talented than me and that would deserve your money more than me.
That said, If you have grown to like my works so much to the point that you want to express your appreciation or just put a smile on my face...well: I will not stop you ;) .
You have my gratitude for all the support you can throw at me, independently by the donation's sum: you are all equals to me and I do thank you all.
From my part I can assure you that your donations will not be wasted, in fact I would mainly use them to:
-complete the Total War Warhammer DLC collection and thus expand my modding possibilities
-PC related things
