YH-GF-TR-EQ control SHERLOC, PIXL and WATSON

Controls are a bit jank at the moment, need to figure out a better way to sync the SHERLOC/WATSON/PIXL arms in a more fluid way.

This is an experimental build meant to mirror the aesthetic of the real world Mars rover, but is difficult to control and quite heavy... Just like the real thing!
