map name ctf_2fort_classic

This is a port right from tfc! i didn't make it from scratch, i redid the technical part, lighting and add some things.

lift works the same as in tfc, doors changed a bit to avoid confusion

Capture zone is in the basement, not on the balcony ( for balance )

added healthpacks and ammopacks.

I maked a VOX announcer and flag, like in tfc!

Instead of turrets on the ceiling at spawns, i made a hurt triggers.
