Revert Kyiv to Kiev

The English localization of Kiev was changed to Kyiv in update 1.5.1, this mod reverts that change, renaming it Kiev.

Not achievement compatible.
Will always be compatible, regardless of what the launcher says.
Will be compatible with all mods that don’t modify the following entries.
