Hello Again!

This is basically a mini mod that I made, basically, it makes empires a lot, and I mean a lot more difficult to form. You see Paradox and I seem to differ on ideas on what an Empire is, in the entire Crusader Kings Time frame, we can basically count all the empires which exist on two hands. The Holy Roman Empire, Ethiopia, Abbasids, Seljuks, Byzantines, and a few Indian ones which I am not nearly qualified enough to comment on.

In my mind, an Empire is what most of Europeans believed an Empire to be, "As Great as Rome", something which can stand up to the Roman Empire. Their Successors of the Byzantines and HRE, the Abbasids, and the Chinese, I find it really difficult to believe that some backwater kingdom in Britannia form their own Empire, especially when they didn't become an Empire until the late 1800s because they were a united KINGDOM, not Empire. A technicality I suppose.

Regardless what it does is that it makes it so that you have two prerequisites for forming an Empire, which feel more appropriate for the Era.

Firstly you need to be considered Glorious enough, with enough Prestige and Piety levels in order to have people take your claim to Imperium seriously.
Secondly, your Head of Faith, so Pope or Caliph need to adore you, with at least 80 opinion, or you need to be the Head of Faith for your religion. Or you can be Tengri and just ignore that whole delio.

This in theory should make it so that becoming an Empire is a lot more special, and that Kings are no longer redundant after everyone becomes an Empire.
