Train Bulb Mechanics

Description
No more 200 clicks to install/uninstall every lightbulb in your inventory.
Queue install/uninstall actions for every lighbulb in (reachable) inventory.
It will only use lightbulbs that weren't already installed and that will give XP.

nope... just do "Load" from main menu, click "More..." and enable mod...
