Louder Classic Minigun Firing Sounds

Description
A simple mod that increases the Firing sounds of the Minigun.

I've raised the Firing sound just enough where the Audio is not Clipping, although there's still some Slight Audio Crust.

Great, you should make a similar mod for the cannon. Weapon sounds in SS:HD are too silent.
