Bicycle Kick 3

Reworked two-step kick into a hit branch grapple so defender doesn't have the awkward fall down animation.
Same damage as default. Mainly cosmetic change to the sell and that's it.

- S = move ends with everyone standing,
- Dz= Defender is dizzy,
- R = Rest Hold move will not cause a submission,
- Dq = Move is marked as illegal and will have the ref count a dq,
- Bg = Move ends in a back grapple position,
- Mg = Move ends in a MMA Guard position,
- Mm = Move ends in MMA Mount position,
- Mb = move ends in MMA Back Mount position,
- Ex = Move can cause opponent to go outside of ring,
- P = Move ends in pinfall.
