Mjolnir from Quake: Scourge of Armagon (Fire Axe)

Description
This mod replaces the Fire Axe with the Mjolnir from Quake Mission Pack 1: Scourge of Armagon. The model is from Quake Champions, from Ranger's "Spoils of Armagon" vanity. A custom HUD icon is included.

Credit goes to iD/Bethesda/Saber Interactive for the model and textures, and special thanks to Vanya for assistance in the arcane ways of L4D2 modding.
