M67 Frag Grenade EFT sounds + no frag fire

Description
I made a little edit of the M67 grenade mod from el Boydo. I removed the fire spawing of the fragments, reduced the explosion size to (IMO) a more realistic size, and added the Escape From Tarkov grenade pin and explosion sound.

I did not make the mod itself full credits for that go to el Boydo.

Do you mind if I take your edit and just replace the sounds? I'll credit you for the script changes and el Boydo for the original mod.

well, yes and no, the RPG-7 does have a fragmentation rocket called the OG-7V.

I'm afraid you'll have to ask el Boydo that. My scripting knowledge is very basic. i'm only able to change some values and thats about it.
