描述
In this mod I adjusted base stats of certain NPC types and unique NPCs. For instance, in vanilla the template giving enemies midline stats accidentally left the Toughness stat at 1. In addition, many unique NPCs don't have stats that reflect their backgrounds. Why would Miu, an escaped slave, have no levels in Athletics? The changes are within reason, just something to give a bit of variety in the spirit of the game.

Many of these adjustments are based off of templates for higher level versions found within the basegame files. In addition, I based many changes off of a few other mods which I will cite below. While a large number of changes are modified, some (like more armor variety among barkeepers) are identical to their source mod.

Some changes include:

- Plastic Surgeons are much more common in the world, hanging around waystations and some towns/cities.

- Barkeepers are overall tougher and their equipment/outfits are more varied.

- Many NPC types have adjusted stats to add reasonable variety. A veteran sniper comes with a few levels in Crossbow Smithing, a ninja with 30's down the line comes with some levels in Dodge and Martial Arts, a medic knows basic Robotics, etc.

- Goons have slightly adjusted stats going off their faction, superiors, balancing in game, etc.

As always, this is still a work in-progress. I would absolutely love feedback about your thoughts, experiences, etc.

UPDATE (3/19/22):

- Expanded NPC random name list with the names from jbra1's mod, More Names! Now there are many more names NPCs can spawn with. That way you don't see a million people with the same name even right next to each other.
