More Plastic Surgeons

Description
Just a simple mod that adds the Plastic Surgeons to all the other bars, instead of just the Holy Nation ones and a few others.

Should now guarantee a plastic surgeon in every town, and waystations. No more chance to not have one.

If you think I missed a bar, just say something. I'll be happy to take a look.

Like with most any mod, adding to an existing save without import prevents full functionality. Any town that has already generated its residents will not spawn one.

*I loaded this while using an existing save file.

Well so far I have not found surgeons at any of the towns I have checked. (Mourn, Flats lagoon, shark, squin) but I can't tell if those were just forgotten, or the mod did not install properly or if I have to do some extra step or what, I did place this in an existing save file.

Did you import when you added the mod? And what towns have you checked?

I've been to every bar in a 10 mile radius of my base and haven't found a single surgeon

OK, I did an import and your mod is working as intended. Re-added the 2 naming mods and your mod still works. So I guess anyone having a problem should do an import.

Removed my 2 naming mods, but the problem persists. Also looked at your mod in the FCS and everything is blue and one green. So I dunno. Oh, in the character file "named=false", but its probably always been like that.

My mod would not be overriding them, as I don't change the name. The game only overrides on a per value basis, for maximum compatibility. So it would just use whatever any other active mod did to the names.

I do have renaming mods, but yours is below them in the load order and your mod worked great last year. Some kind of update somewhere I guess.
