726 Grand Avenue is a building that could fit in a small town or a big city. It is a recreation of a building on Grand Avenue (formerly Streets of America) at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

It isn't a functioning building, but a facade.

In Parkitect, it also isn't a functioning building. Mods were used to achieve details. Pirates and Spongitect are the primary mods for the archways and windows. Other mods are more optional and would just result in a few missing details.
