Base Fortifications Hologram Fix

Description
This mod is an attempt to fix the issue of Base Fortifications being unable to build or showing a white hologram when trying to build a garden plot.

The script comes from LAVAs Unofficial Expansion Tweaks mod.

you should be able to just throw it in your server mod and it work as well. Just credit LAVA in it.
