Super mines

Description
Adds a super version of each mine building. The mines have speed, storage, throughput and price increased 20x, but you can only place one on each resource patch.

Another way to tell could be to compare the progress indicators on the mine itself. The normal ones take about 4 seconds, the super mines definitely take 0.2 seconds.

You might be limited by warehouse throughput. If you connect the belts directly to the super mine, your throughput should increase.

maybe it needs an update, but the mining speed doesn't seem to be 20x, only maybe 3x, and now i can only place one super mine on a patch and can't put any normal ones so they can't make up the difference, though the running cost certainly seems to be more than 20x
