QBZ03 replace AKM.

This weapon is made by my friend @Feifei's daddy, but because of work, he have to quit from workshop.
I have his permission to upgrade and maintain his old MOD.
Let's expect one day he would return to workshop.

Upgraded brightness, makes it never been too shiny
Upgraded texture
