Changes the pickup quote for all Quality 4 items to 'Skill solution.'

Incompatible with mods that change items.xml (basically just anything that changes pickup quotes, like 'Worse Item Descriptions')

@42 oh, really appreciate that you went and confirmed that it was this mod. I'll see what I can do, but I'm a huge amateur at modding so no guarantees.

Hi, I really like this mod (and is also heavily interested in displaying 'skill issue' quote for Q0 items)
but it seems to cause game crash when playing as Tainted Cain. To be specific, the game crashes at the moment I put 8th pickup in T. Cain's Bag of Crafting. I'm pretty sure this mod is an immediate cause, since I checked every mod I subscribed and the game still crashed when this was the only mod enabled. I have no idea what it has to do with BoC, but anyway I hope it gets fixed soon so I can finish my last but one character with some Skill solution :reonion:
