Starcraft - Meinhoff Miner Revolt

Adds the Meinhoff Miners' Combine faction led by Rory Swann.

Meinhoff Miners' Combine is an economic faction with a powerful gold and production bonuses, and can translate into a mechanized military power thanks to its ability to repair vehicles in the field efficiently.

Trait - Prospecting Miner

+1 Gold from Mines, Quarries and Manufactories. Gain Golden Age Points from building Mines or Quarries, which is increased if it is on a resource and moreso if it's the first time the resource of the type is developed.

Unique Unit - SCV

Replaces the Worker. Ignores Terrain costs and builds improvements faster than the Worker, while able to repair mechanical units at a cost.

Unique Building - Refinery

Replaces the Factory. Provides a larger Production modifier than the Factory, and causes all Mine and Quarry resources to yield +1 Production.
