Bearable Blue Baby

Description
Ever have a good Blue Baby run, then proceed to get shafted by Ed, get no health, and die on Womb 1? This mod tweaks Blue Baby (and tainted ver) so all red hearts that drop have a 10% chance to drop as a soul heart.

Code modified from Blue Hearts for Blue Baby.

Upon playing more with this, this is exploitable in the sense that you can keep leaving and entering the room until the red hearts turn into soul hearts.

I've actually, from what i can tell, fixed the code, if you want that passed along. There's no errors at least.

i cannibalized some lua for it without having a true understanding of what it does and kinda just praying it would work - i dont actually know how to make it work but i tried

Your mod doesn't work, me and my friend was tweeking the files and found out it mises a lot in the lua code, even with our patches it didn't work so contact me and i'll be able to help on things if you are clueless.
