Here is a comparison of the default newborn from BnC, the Oni newborn, and a Child body.
https://imgur.com/WoIpo2e
To fix it, open up your Oni Newborn texture, then the BnC newborn one, and free transform the Oni newborn down to match the size of the BnC one.
Also, you should be able to delete the extra baby textures within the Oni Baby texture folder, and just keep one titled Oni_newborn.png, then change the AlienChildDef to:
<babyGraphic>TSP_OniKids/Shared/OniBaby/Oni_newborn</babyGraphic>
Then throw on a <scaleChild>True</scaleChild> under the childBodyGraphic if you're having any issues with the child textures not scaling down to children size.
Hope that helps!
Unfortunately, that is a known issue and is one I could not fix without causing game-breaking graphical errors,in which Onis would simply not show up or move at all.
