American Suburban 70's, 80's, 90's Apartments and Fourplexes

Description
A set of older style two story Apartments and Fourplex buildings as one would find in many American smaller cities and suburbs. Almost all of these are based on buildings in south Louisiana. More will be added over time as I get to them.

The entire set uses a single 1024x1024 main texture, so the loading screen mod is highly advised. All but a few of the larger buildings are growables, but these, especially the apartments, typically are found in apartment complexes. So if going for realism, parking lot roads, ploppable rico, findit!, and moveit! are highly recommended. Buildings larger than 4x4 come with RICO settings if you have it.

All buildings have custom LOD's and lod textures (128x128, _d,_i,_s,_c,_n) and are optimized.
